Centrifugal Juicers: Unhealthy or Myth?

It's a common belief centrifugal juicers produce unhealthy juice as they destroy the ezymes in fruits and vegetables. This is not the truth at all - evidence from research labs has proven a ton of activities of eznymes is observed in a centrifugal juicer, just as much as masticating. People believe centrifugal juicers' high rotating speeds are not good for health, never believe them because it is simply not true.
If anything, theh eat from friction in centrifugal juicers actually helps the enzymes be more active. They do not get destroyed.
Here's a similar article proving it: What Is The Best Juicer [Review]
However, it is true that masticating juicers' quality is better than centrifugal - for softer fruits. This is simply due to lower speed. The actual quality of a juicer depends largely on how well the fruit material is broken down, and masticating juicers are better for this.
